Does this sound like you?

  • You use AI like Google: a question in, an answer out, and it never sounds like you.
  • Or you tried it, it felt too complicated, and you went back to doing it all yourself.
  • Every time you open a new chat, you explain who you are and what you do all over again.
  • Your inbox is the first thing you see in the morning and the last thing at night.
  • Your to-do list lives in your head, a notebook and three different apps.
  • Everything feels urgent, and nobody's helping you decide what matters today.

You're carrying the whole business in your head, and AI just seems like something that hasn't delivered on all the hype yet. You need a second brain.

Book your seat and after the 2 days you'll leave with your own second brain, your first AI employee and your first routine.

What it looks like on a Monday

The second brain does its work behind the scenes. What you notice day to day is an extra set of hands: an assistant that knows your business, works in the tools you already use once you've connected them, and takes some of the mental load off you.

“I'm not a techy person, and I'd never have done this on my own. I was using AI like glorified Google. Within a day, I had a second brain that knows my business, my prices, my voice and the rules I never want broken. I also have my first AI employee, Liv, an Executive Assistant who is already keeping me honest. This morning she reorganised my to do list, drafted my emails and told me, quite rightly, that my day was overloaded. If you run a small business you want something to help you share the mental load, this is the place to start.”

AB, Chief Operating Officer

Tabitha's typical Monday

By 08:31, before her first meeting, her AI Exec Assistant has:

  1. read 80 emails across her 2 inboxes, and pulled out the 3-5 that are actually important
  2. turned those into tasks, each with a due date and asked her about what to do with the rest
  3. spotted that a new client has signed the contract, and passed it to the right employee
  4. extracted 2 receipts, uploaded them to Xero and drafted an email to her accountant, ready for her to send
  5. written her plan for the day
  6. briefed the other employees on what they need to get done, to keep Tabitha's week on track

This is where a second brain leads. In the bootcamp you build the first piece: the brain, one assistant and one routine.

You stay in control

Letting AI near your inbox or your accounts is a big step. Here's what it can and can't do, and who decides.

It drafts, you send.

Nothing is sent, posted or deleted without your yes. That rule is written into every skill and every AI employee you set up.

You choose what it connects to.

Nothing is connected in session 1. When you're ready, you add your inbox, diary or accounts one at a time.

Your notes live on your computer.

Your second brain is a folder you own, not something stored inside ChatGPT or Claude. Your AI reads it when you ask for something, and you can change or delete any of it.

You decide what the AI company sees.

We show you the one setting that stops your chats being used to train ChatGPT or Claude, and what to keep out until you're comfortable.

How it works: your second brain

It's a folder of notes on your own computer that tells your AI who you are. What you do, who your customers are, what you charge, how you write, and the rules you never want broken. Set up properly, it gets better every time you tell it what you'd change. That's where the gains come from.

You don't write it from scratch. Your AI interviews you, one question at a time, and writes the notes from your answers. After that, ChatGPT or Claude reads them every time you ask for something, so it answers like someone who knows your business.

Once it knows you and your business, you can give it a job. That's your first AI employee: an assistant with a name, working from the same notes, helping with your replies, your to-do list and your week.

And it's yours, you're no longer building on rented land. If you move from ChatGPT to Claude, or back again, your brain goes with you.

Who this is for

The sole trader doing all their own admin.

You're the boss, the sales team and the accounts department, and nobody's coming to set this up for you.

The coach or consultant whose diary runs them.

Your clients get your best hours, and the admin gets what's left.

Tried AI once, and stopped.

It gave you something bland, or it felt complicated, so you went back to doing it yourself.

Uses it every day, but like a search engine.

You ask, it answers, and tomorrow it's forgotten who you are.

This is for you if:

  • you run your own business, or work for yourself
  • you do most of your own admin
  • you're new to AI, or only use it for quick questions
  • you'd like it explained in plain English, with someone showing you every step

This is not for you if:

  • you want to build apps or write code
  • you want AI rolled out across a team at work (that's Tabitha's company training, a different door)
  • you already run AI assistants on your own files

What we'll build

Wed 11 Nov · 16:00 GMT · 90 mins

Day 1: Meet your second brain.

We start with why AI forgets you, and what a second brain does about it. Tabitha opens up her own, so you can see how it works, how it keeps learning and how it stays safe. Then the words you'll keep hearing, in plain English: skills, routines and agents, and how context, tokens and compaction decide what your AI can hold on to. We finish with what your day could look like, and you build yours at home afterwards, with your AI interviewing you one question at a time.

You'll leave with your second brain under way, and your workbook and the recording to finish it before Day 2.

Thu 12 Nov · 16:00 GMT · 90 mins

Day 2: Hire your first AI employee.

We check in on how your build went, then put your second brain to work: you let it act, and teach it how you like things done. Then you hire your first AI employee, an assistant with a name and a job, and set up your first skill and routine. We close with what's possible from here, and your questions.

You'll leave with your first AI employee, your first skill and your first routine, all working from your second brain.

Mon 16 Nov · 16:00 GMT · 90 minsVIP

VIP session: Your questions, with Tabitha.

We look at what's worked since Thursday, and what hasn't. Your second brain gets a follow-up interview so it knows more about you, and you hire a second employee, the one who makes sure everything runs properly. Then it's the hot seat: bring whatever's stuck and Tabitha helps you with it.

You'll leave with a second brain that knows you better, a second AI employee and one thing to try this week.

Everyone who books also gets the second brain kit, worth £949, to keep building after the bootcamp.

What you need

  • One paid AI plan: ChatGPT Plus or Claude Pro, whichever you already use. You don't need both.
  • A Mac or Windows computer, with the ChatGPT or Claude desktop app

  • 2 afternoons, 90 minutes each, plus the VIP session if you choose it

What's included

  • 2 live sessions with Tabitha, 90 minutes each
  • Recordings of both sessions, yours to watch for 30 days
  • A personal workbook to help you map how your second brain should work and create your AI employee's job description
  • The second brain kit, sent by email
  • With VIP: the VIP session on Mon 16 Nov, recordings for life, and access to one of my personal AI agents for 30 days to answer your questions

Bonus for everyone who books: the second brain kit, worth £949.

The interview, the templates and a personal workbook to help you map how your second brain should work and create your AI employee's job description, ready to use in ChatGPT or Claude, to keep building after the bootcamp.

What people say after Tabitha's training

Tabitha Winter, your trainer

Your trainer: Tabitha Winter

I've spent 25+ years fixing how work gets done, first in agencies, then running operations at Engine and at Entain, where I built a creative team of 380 people. Every few years a new technology arrives, everyone's told to just use it, and I'm the person who works out how it fits the way people actually work.

These days I run my own business the way I'll show you: on a second brain, with a team of AI employees who help with the email, the diary and the admin. I don't teach anything that isn't already running in my own business first.

I'll teach you in plain English, at the pace of the room, and nothing gets connected until you're ready.

When I'm not working, I'm in the pottery studio at the bottom of my garden playing with mud.

FAQ

Is this just a set of prompts?

No. You leave with a second brain built from your own answers, and an AI employee that works from it. A prompt is something you have to remember to use. This is set up once, and it gets better every time you tell it what you'd change.

What if I set it up and never use it?

That's what session 2 is for. You set up a skill and a routine, so the work happens every week, not only when you remember. With VIP, you're back with Tabitha on Mon 16 Nov to see what's working and fix what isn't.

Can't I just do this on my own?

You can, and the second brain kit is included so you can keep building after the bootcamp. What the 2 sessions add is doing it with Tabitha: the order to do it in, the mistakes to skip, and answers when you get stuck, live in the sessions.

I use ChatGPT, not Claude. Can I still come?

Yes. The bootcamp works with either. Tabitha teaches on Claude, and your workbook has every step for ChatGPT too. You need one paid plan, ChatGPT Plus or Claude Pro, whichever you already use.

Will the sessions be recorded?

Yes. Each recording arrives by email after the session, and it's yours to watch for 30 days. With VIP, the recordings are yours for life.

I'm not technical at all. Is this too much?

This was made for you. You won't write code. You'll answer questions in plain English, and your second brain is built from your answers. Tabitha goes at the pace of the room, not the quickest person in it.

What do I need to install, and when?

The ChatGPT or Claude desktop app, on a Mac or Windows computer, signed in to your paid plan: ChatGPT Plus or Claude Pro. The app is a free download, but the parts we use need the paid plan. Install it before session 1. Your joining email shows you how, step by step, with a screenshot for each step.

Can I add the VIP session later?

Yes. Your booking confirmation and your joining email both have a link to add it for £49, any time before it starts at 16:00 on Mon 16 Nov. You might decide after session 2, once you know what you want to ask. It costs the same as buying it up front.

How does bring a friend work?

Book 2 places together and you get 40% off the second ticket. That's 20% off each, so you can split it evenly. 2 Bootcamp places are £638 instead of £798, or £558 with the early-bird code. 2 places with VIP are £717, or £637 with the code. You add your friend's name and email when you book, so they get their own joining details.

What if I can't make one of the sessions?

Watch the recording. It arrives by email after each session. If you miss session 1, you can build your second brain from the recording before session 2, and still hire your employee with everyone else.

What's a second brain, exactly?

A folder of notes on your computer that tells your AI who you are, what you do and how you like things done. Your AI writes it by interviewing you, then reads it every time you ask for something. There's more in "How it works: your second brain" above.
